Hello All, A little Glimpse into my current career story. The transition from being an International Business master’s student in UK with an HR background working in HR to working in Operations: Service Assurance Compliance Field — a field I had no prior experience in — was challenging, but achievable. I was recently made permanent in a role that I initially took up as a secondment — a position that was entirely outside my previous area of experience. When I saw the internal listing on my company page, knowing I did not meet all the requirements, I was still determined to grow, develop, and take the first step toward a new direction in my career.I turned to Career Pathways to understand what a potential path in this new area could look like if I were successful. Reflecting on her journey, I can proudly say:Ever since I was a child, I have been a self-assured girl who, regardless of the circumstances, would accomplish things her way. A constant run to better myself, and currently holding a great 5 years of working experience in the UK. I am not stopping! I am hoping to work even harder and grow even more in the future.
