This position, appointed for 2 years, selects two recent alumni brothers of Kappa Kappa Psi to travel the country and provide support and resources to a base of several thousand active members of the Fraternity. On top of these pre-determined duties, I also contributed to several major social media campaigns and video projects-Independently plan and execute over 20 chapter visits each calendar year, spanning the Northeast to the West Coast-Exercise independent judgement & discrepancy as needed while representing the Fraternity on company travel-Communicate with hundreds of active and alumni members of the Fraternity, providing advice, counseling, and guidance towards a more optimized chapter environment-Quantify Fraternity growth and engagement by creating trackers & monitoring engagement goals on Google Sheets, used as a tool for National Leadership to see where assistance is most needed-Curate and manage a database of Chapter Operations Resources designed to best support the continued success and function of over 200 chapters nationwide-Maintain a strong operational understanding of Salesforce-developed software to assist chapters in the completion of required paperwork-Engage with students for up to 12+ hours each day, fostering connections & quickly adapting to each individual case as needed-Plan & host workshops on leadership development and chapter support items, speaking publicly with groups as few as 10 and as large as 200-Provide support during setup of District or National Conventions, attended by hundreds of people, through technical setup, logistic arrangement, and transport/travel assistance as requested-Create graphics for new programs and sticker/ merchandise designs in Adobe Illustrator and Canva-Produced a series of professional-grade videos highlighting the impactful nature of our Fraternity\'s work (filmed, interviewed, edited, wrote copy)
