I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 6.5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics integration, and special purpose machine (SPM) design. My expertise lies in transforming concepts into efficient, reliable, and manufacturable automation solutions.Currently working as an Assistant Manager – Design at Care Yu Automation, I lead multiple automation projects involving Delta robots, collaborative robots (Cobots) for vision inspection, and custom fixture designs for automotive assembly lines. I focus on ensuring design feasibility, process optimization, and timely project delivery through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Previously, I worked with Singh Automation LLP, where I specialized in robotic EOAT design, Fanuc robot integration, and new product development for autonomous mobile vehicles. My earlier roles in production and training gave me a strong foundation in fabrication processes, design documentation, and mentoring young engineers.Skilled in SolidWorks, CATIA V5, and AutoCAD, I am passionate about continuous learning and am currently completing my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BITS (Dec 2024).My goal is to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that drive productivity, precision, and smart manufacturing.
