I am a product manager at ServiceTitan, the leading software provider for home and commercial service businesses. I joined the company in June 2023, after working as a product manager at Safesite, a safety platform for high-risk industries, for more than a year.At Safesite, I was responsible for designing and launching innovative features that improved the safety and productivity of workers in construction and other sectors. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, define product requirements, and measure product performance. I also leveraged my analytical skills and Amplitude Analytics to monitor user behavior and retention, and optimize the product roadmap accordingly.Before becoming a product manager, I was a project engineer at Greystar, where I managed the end-to-end development of a 520-unit multifamily project with a budget of $164M. I oversaw the project management initiatives, including timelines, budgets, KPIs, deliverables, and milestones. I also coordinated with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure the project\'s quality, safety, and compliance.I have a bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where I gained a solid foundation in engineering principles, design, and construction. I also obtained several certifications related to project management, such as Blue Beam University, OSHA 10 Hour Construction, and Procore Certified.I am passionate about creating safety products that cater to the needs and challenges of users in high-risk industries.
