As a Senior Manager, UX at Eightfold, I lead the design team in India and contribute strategically to the product decisions and design efforts of the organization. I am passionate about enabling the right career for everyone by incorporating AI and ML solutions for every organization\'s talent needs. With a Master of Design degree in Information Design from National Institute of Design, I have a strong knowledge base in product thinking, user experience, user interface, interaction design, data visualization, infographics, visual design, and user-centric research. I have successfully curated multiple products from scratch, such as Workflow Automation, Interview Feedback, Talent Communities, and Job Intelligence Engine, and enhanced existing products like Scheduling and Event Recruiting.
