I lead internal communications for Capgemini’s Group Sales business, driving strategic messaging that connects our global sales and client management communities. I am responsible for curating and delivering weekly and monthly newsletters that are widely read across the organization, to stay informed about key sector developments, internal initiatives, and competitor activity within the industry.In this role, I independently conceptualize and execute internal campaigns aimed at boosting awareness and increasing platform adoption across our global network. I regularly conduct content audits and work closely with platform SPOCs to ensure the information remains current, relevant, and aligned with business priorities. By monitoring engagement metrics and analyzing readership patterns, I provide actionable insights through dashboard views to optimize communication strategies.I am currently leading the launch of a new internal portal, overseeing its development and rollout to further enhance knowledge sharing and accessibility of critical information.
