Additionally supporting in Interviewing, Hiring, Talent Acquisition, Talent development and Talent Retention, coaching and targeted mentoring> Leveraging significant in-depth expertise in Agile to help Scrum Masters/Product Owner/Leadership team to resolve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify unique and innovative solutions, interpret internal and external obstacles and recommend best practices.> Advanced skill in mentoring, coaching, listening, providing feedback and performance management with other Scrum Master, Coaches and other Agile Practitioners >Devise a strategy to stand up a Journey, identify value stream, implement ART, design coaching and training sessions for newly onboarded teams, set up the TD Scaled Agile ceremonies, working on the Agile Maturity of different Agile teams including the Leadership team>Building a network within the Organization, become the bridge between the Technology and Business, Collaborate with other peers and bring industry best practices to life within the supported area
