Currently I am associated with IBM in the capacity of a Sr. Advisory Consultant (Workday) and CIC India Absence COE Lead. I have completed Workday certification on1. HCM Core & Practical2. Absence and Leave Consulting Core3. Time Tracking Consulting Core4. Workday Launch5. WD Configurable Security 6. WD Advanced Configurable SecurityI am involved in a project as Workday Certified Absence Lead Consultant, the scope of which is very wide. It includes over 4 continents/50 countries and more than 100 localized Leave of Absence and Time off plans. The plans are built based on the local law and client expectation. I have been a part of multiple design/consulting sessions for scope discussion/requirement gathering. I am a MBA in HR from IIT Kharagpur (batch of 2018-20). My 2 year stint with IIT Kharagpur exposed me to different facets of HCM, the theoretical aspects and their practical implications combined. Prior to that I was working with Infosys as a Software Test Engineer. During my stint with Infosys for close to 3.5 years, I actually had the chances to work in diverse programs/lob, and I enjoyed the responsibilities of project delivery/team building, team coordination, work management.
