Currently working as a technical BA in an Agile environment, gathering business requirements, ideating designs, driving the daily huddles in Rally Board. Identifying & streamlining blockers, if any, in ongoing and backlog User Stories by bridging the gap between the business stakeholders and developers.Work with the team to perform QA test results review and validation hence providing the necessary approvals required for production deployments.Currently researched and designed an automation workflow that refines backlog User Stories in Rally board leveraging NLP,presented the same to key stakeholders and received approval for POC.Designed and developed a History Analytics Dashboard that identifies failure patterns for various applications over time and helps identify potential insights for an Application Audit Project to understand the numbers in terms of different Line of Business,Component levels and other segments on a MoM and YoY basis.Besides this, fine tuned the design for existing dashboards through creation of new buttons to switch between dashboards, added hyperlinks to data in order to redirect from one page to another, etc.Applied filters and parameters to dynamically update the latest run dates that capture failed apps.Capturing the same in workflow documentations.
