I’m interested in the systems users operate through (the channels leveraged, the tools used) and in all the other choices you make that can enhance or quash a message: tone, complexity, form. In the end it’s all about your audience. Who are you communicating with and why? When and where would they be the most receptive to your message? What’s the essence of what they need to know? And so it is with user experience design. User Experience Design is a collage of different skillsets (communications, project management, customer-centricity, research, storytelling) and I have more than 15 years experience doing these things in multiple countries and industries. I’m eager to use this knowledge to help companies make human-centered decisions with sustainability-focused results.
