With over 15 years of experience in data science, AI, product, and technology, I am the Head of Data at TextNow, where I lead the Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Analytics teams. TextNow is a company that provides free phone services to millions of users through its innovative app. Our work touches almost every aspect of the business, from forecasting and performance marketing to monetization and trust and safety. I have a PhD in Physics and a background in astrophysics, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set to tackle complex and impactful problems with data and AI. I have scaled multiple AI orgs and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that contribute to strategic goals. I am passionate about creating solutions that empower people to communicate effortlessly and access basic financial services, especially in the developing world.
