As the Chief Recruitment Officer for Northwestern Mutual - Southern California & Nevada, I partner with our C-Suite and executive leadership team and oversee all recruiting and recruiter development for both career changers and our internship program. In addition to my leadership role, I recruit and select top talented career changer’s who align with our high expectation culture and continue to elevate our firm in West Los Angeles. My team and I specialize in working with top performer, mid- senior level career changers from a variety of industries to explore long-term career paths in the financial services industry. Our West LA office ranks #1 nationally (out of 300+ offices) for new advisor growth and development! I\'m always energized by meeting entrepreneurial spirited, ambitious, driven individuals striving to build career equity.I began my career at Northwestern Mutual over 12 years ago and have found my professional passion in building collaborative relationships and developing others to succeed.
