Hi, I\'m Arissan (air-eh-san), a career and confidence coach who helps women find fulfilling careers and live their full authentic lives. I have always been passionate about helping people find their true potential and happiness. After graduating from college, I worked in various industries and roles, but I never felt fulfilled or satisfied. I realized that I needed a change in my career and decided to pursue my dream of becoming a coach and enrolled in a certification program. Since then, I have been helping women who are in the same situation as I was to discover their strengths, passions, and goals, and to achieve them with confidence and clarity.My coaching style is collaborative, supportive, and empowering. I work with my clients as a partner, not a boss. I help them explore their inner world, identify their core values, and align their actions with their vision. I also challenge them to step out of their comfort zone, face their fears, and embrace their potential.I seamlessly blend business strategy, confidence building, and shame-free empowerment to bring a unique perspective. I integrate expertise from diverse fields, including international trade, health care, event management, and self-defense advocacy. I also hold a 4th-degree black belt in Taekwondo and a certification as a peer mediator.As a connector and people networker, I thrive on building genuine relationships.
