ABOUT ARISSA LIKENS

As a senior at Indiana University studying Management and Human Organizations, I am actively seeking full-time opportunities in Human Resources or commercial enterprise for post-graduation employment. My passion lies in enhancing workplace culture, supporting organizational growth, and driving strategic initiatives that elevate both people and performance. This past summer, I interned with the Human Resources team at the Indianapolis International Airport, where I gained hands-on experience in employee engagement, internal communications, and data-driven decision-making. From creating departmental dashboards for the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” initiative to organizing intern programs and participating in recruitment efforts, I developed practical HR skills while contributing meaningfully to team goals. My academic background has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of HR practices, organizational behavior, and business strategy through coursework in economics, management, marketing, accounting, and data analytics. I bring strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to every professional environment I join. I’m excited to connect with professionals in both HR and business roles to continue learning, growing, and finding the right opportunity to launch my career.
