About Ashwin Rishinaramangalam
My interests lie in the growth of semiconductors, in particular of group Nitride family, using metal-organic vapor phase epitaxy technique. In addition to pursuing this, I am also interested in the characterization and processing of novel semiconductor devices grown using this technique.
