Head of Product Management & ESG: •Responsible for product development and oversight, analytics, and business development. •Work collaboratively across the firm to understand investors’ needs and to develop and support investment solutions that aim to create value for investors worldwide. •Oversee the firm\'s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) efforts, including ESG product development, writing/speaking about the firm\'s ESG efforts and investment strategies, ESG reporting, etc. •Manage the firm\'s smart beta equity product lineup, including RAFI Fundamental Index, RAFI Multi-Factor, and RAFI ESG strategies. • Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, from product development, index strategy launch, business development, messaging, sales support, etc. • Develop marketing and educational content supporting the firm\'s investment strategies. • Act as a spokesperson for the firm to educate institutional investors and financial advisors on the firm\'s strategies and research. • Manage a team of analysts responsible for creating content in support of the firm\'s investment strategies. • Member of the firm\'s Management Committee and Index Committee.
