   Initiated, designed and implemented information technology automation solutions for human resources, project management, sales, facilities and accounting departments that set the stage for 300% growth. Developed information technology strategies to increase efficiency and negotiated contracts resulting in decreased cost for internet service providers, cloud hosting environments and maintenance agreements. Integrated multiple software packages and web applications through the use of application programming interfaces. Devised and constructed virtualized hosting environments for database, file storage, web hosting, electronic mail, directory, and eDiscovery services. Purchased and implemented data processing, early case assessment, electronic review, automated coding and analytics platforms in a cloud environment. Coordinated national network topology for secure local and remote data access. Managed the construction of over square feet of new office space across 5 cities including the design of MEP and architectural plans, data wiring and standardized national finishes. Constructed workflows to categorically review large quantities of data, analyze the results and create confidential productions to opposing counsel. Collected requirements information from management and end users and built custom web and windows applications for candidates, clients and employees. Proprietary applications include: employee onboarding, time & task tracking, payroll processing and project management, as well as database analytics tools including large data set manipulation, consolidation and reporting. Managed teams of attorneys on large scale document review projects and internal staff on implementation of technology policy and initiatives. Acted as sales engineer in a variety of client interactions.
