   In this global role, I partner with leadership to develop and implement sustainable, data-driven, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs that enhance the employee experience through all stages of the employee life cycle. This is a key role within the company that is instrumental in fostering an innovative culture that creates a sense of belonging and becomes a magnet for talent acquisition and a highlight of our employee value proposition. I am responsible for working with leadership to build a stronger sense of belonging to the company and a culture where employees are comfortable being themselves and bringing their best self to work – a culture that is innovative and celebrates our differences. I meet with individuals across the company to gain the HID perspective on diversity, inclusion, and belonging to better understand how to leverage differences to build a strong Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) program that supports employees and builds a culture of trust and respect for all.
