   At UKG, I spearheaded the architectural transformation of the Workforce Management System and HRMS post-merger of Kronos and Ultimate. My role involved deconstructing monolithic architectures into microservices, developing a unified platform on Google Cloud, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience. I also led the transition from ForgeRock OpenAM to Okta Auth0 Managed Service for over customers, implemented a Service Registry/Service Mesh architecture, and developed Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platforms. My work focused on integrating advanced observability tools and optimizing disaster recovery strategies to enhance platform reliability.Achievements- Consolidated nine authentication systems into a single platform, significantly reducing maintenance costs- Delivered GenAI solutions, enhancing workforce management capabilities with AI-driven insights.
