Define project scope and objectives: Work with workplace and support stakeholders to clearly define scope and objectives of the project, outlining what needs to be accomplished and the desired outcomes • Project planning: Ensuring a clear project plan is available at all times. Ensuring that tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones are shown as required by the stakeholder group • Manage resources: Work proactively with stakeholders to ensure resource evaluation and allocation is estimated, allocated and utilized effectively to ensure smooth project delivery• Budget management: Monitor and review project budgets throughout the life of the project• Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders • Communication: Communicate in a clear and transparent manner supporting the achievement of project goals. Acting as a central point of control and coordination to ensure project success. • Risk management: Identifying, documenting and managing potential risks, issues and dependencies across projects ensuring a mitigation plan is in place to remediate. • Communication and collaboration: Facilitate and lead effective communication among team members, stakeholders and other relevant parties ensuring everyone is on the same page and aware of project progress • Monitor and control progress: Monitor the progress, track performance plan and take corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on track• Quality assurance: Ensure project documentation and outputs meet required quality standards and specifications• Conflict resolution: Address conflicts and challenges that arise within the project team or with stakeholders, escalating and reporting issues appropriately
