I have provided economic analyses and damages estimates in several anticompetitive litigations involving issues of overcharge, price fixing, product bundling, and market definition. I have also provided support to counsel and to a wide range of expert witnesses in these cases, as well as rebuttal of opposing experts. My experience spans a variety of industries, including computer software, mutual funds, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals. In addition to litigation assignments, I have also consulted to pharmaceutical companies and has published several abstracts for medical and pharmacoeconomic meetings. My research on highway congestion pricing has been published in a leading academic journal.
