About Arindam Sen

I lead the GCC strategy in the Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) segment for EY India. I have over two decades of experience in digital transformation, international operations, cloud and connectivity, IT delivery and management. As a seasoned technology advisory professional, I have driven strategy and execution of global enterprise IT systems and infrastructure in addition to spearheading end-user productivity initiatives. In my previous role I have also been responsible for restructuring India offshore IT operations. Having led some of the largest and complex Technology transformations in the world, I have gotten a deep understanding of the pitfalls and success criteria of large digital Technology changes. I proudly lead a team of TMT professionals driving EY’s growth agenda in the digital and emerging technologies space, such as modernization, cloud adoption and simplification. I am also a firm believer of nurturing talent within and striking a balance when it comes to Talent acquisition strategies.
