Overseeing the entire workload automation landscape of Ameriprise financials which has both IWA and Tidal automation tools and helped reduction of around 2 FTEs by optimizing the process/tools (self-service, ServiceNow actions in case of a job failure, event rules etc.)· Leading the TIDAL to IWA migration project by identifying the use cases and designing solutions to make the migration flawless. Also working with development team to build a conversion tool which ultimately will help Ameriprise reduce in TIDAL licensing cost.· Driving projects like database migration from DB2 to MSSQL which will not only fix the platform stability issues but also help the organization in reducing the critical incidents count by at least 40%· Implemented the self-service model in IWA/Tidal so that application teams can carry out their own operations like job cancel, rerun etc. which helped in reducing the incident count by 60% · Co-Developed the entire DR automation process of TWS and TIDAL which helped reduce the entire DR swing activity come down from 2 hours to around 40 minutes.Helped optimize costs by integrating with AWS Batch, Lambda, Fargate and other serverless technologies
