I have a passion to learn new things and work with cross functional teams over multiple domains. From the time I\'ve embarked on my professional journey up until today, I have evolved myself into a quick learner and an excellent team player. Working with multiple teams over broad responsibilities has given me knowledge on many key domains which helps me to thrive in a constantly challenging technology world. I have demonstrated excellent organizational, communication and written skills and have also maintained strong relationships with both internal and external teams. My current role at Snowflake revolves around working with complex distributed systems and finding avenues for Efficiency, both in cost and performance. My goal is to find the right balance between a growth-at-all-costs and highly-performant-product-at-all-costs. This super cross functional role helps me utilize my Software Engineering chops along with Finance and carve the roadmap that leads the Snowflake business into a highly profitable one. Understanding how R&D expense and COGS relate to margins, Pricing Strategy, and how it shapes our product roadmap are extremely valuable skills that I put to use on the daily. I build product roadmaps for my engineering area and partner with other product teams to bring efficiency at the forefront of designing large scale systems. This includes work on systems like Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), Terraform, Blob Storage, Storage Lifecycle, Storage tiering, Logging Infrastructure, Log and Metrics Observability, Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud Cost(CUR), Airflow, Kafka, SnowSQL, BigQuery, Streamlit etc. TL;DR: My work significantly improves the company\'s bottom-line growth!
