As the founder of Willamette Wellness Center, I bring years of counseling and leadership experience to the practice. When I began my career as a community mental health clinician, I discovered the majority of people I treated were suffering from multiple adverse situations. I became focused on Trauma Informed Care (TIC) to better serve and understand my clients. I continued to pursue specialized training that is instrumental in treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex-PTSD, dissociation, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, anger management, somatic complaints, COVID support and many other issues that come with adverse experiences.
