About Arik Vrobel
For over 30 years I have orchestrated the development of El-Com Systems into a best-in-class leader in the manufacturing of Electric Wire Harnesses (EWH) for many global companies. In the final 5-years of my tenure I led the company as we became the world-leader of engineered harnesses for the commercial-space industry, supporting many of the leading products/projects that are used on space platforms today In 2021 El-Com Systems was acquired by Winchester Interconnect, an Aptiv PLC company and I remained to lead El-Com\'s record performance in 2022.In 2023 I have decided to shift me focus and fuel my entrepreneurial passions of creating and enabling the execution of technologies that impact humankind. Accordingly, I have founded a new startup Cableteque, which provides AI-based software tools that modernize engineering and manufacturing workflows for complex machines.
