I’ve launched and scaled initiatives from the ground up—like Hank, a social platform for adults 55+, which grew to 25K members across multiple U.S. markets in its first year—and refined end-to-end engagement programs that strengthen communities and advance organizational goals.My expertise spans volunteer engagement, member experience, program strategy, DEI, partnerships, and organizational change.
