Responsible for managing entire business function related to P2P cycle, PR to PO conversion, Supplier Relationship Management, Master Data with managing shared mailboxes globally. Responsible to coordinate with clients and create/update contracts to ensure the contracts are available on time. Sourcing, negotiating terms, purchasing items, receiving and inspecting goods receipts on time as necessary and keeping records of all the steps in the process. Weekly following up with the Business Operations & AP teams to ensure the GR & IR posted correctly within the due timeframe for timely payment processing to vendor. Weekly calls with vendor POC or AR team to work on the open items for Procurement & follow ups required for any actions thereto. Managing Vendor Master and Purchase Info Records globally and ensured all the team members are aligned with the requests, Maintain and update the procurement process to meet the business needs in a rapid manner. Team is Responsible for Purchase Order Processing, Demand management, Expediting and Delivery Management. Working closely with various other teams to understand their needs and develop procurement strategies that align with the company\'s goals. Your role will also involve negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
