Creating a new invoicing platform which will cater to all the domains of the Utility segment for one of the major players in the German Utilities market. In that project I led two functional teams.2. Developing a new online digital learning platformFor all the above projects, I have played the role of a Product Owner where I ideated new product features, wrote user stories on the same, collaborated with UI/UX team to create wireframes & designs, led cross functional teams to ensure proper implementation, developed test cases and performed UAT testing.
