RCH Scoping, Design and Implementation plan for the Government of India - Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) MMPC division. Providing support to UNICEF country office to design and implement the new RCH (Reproductive & Child Health) 2.0 mobile enriched platform with native inbuilt facility of direct benefit transfers for health workers and beneficiaries.Selecting and assisting Technology partners in developing, hosting and managing RCH 2.0. Liaising with ministries for inclusion of mHealth tools within the RCH 2.0 stack. Design of internal framework (inter-operable) for inhouse integration with U-WIN (for Universal Immunization), POSHAN, PM-JAY and other stacks. Aligned Govt. suite of services as an integral part of the larger RCH offerings. Articulated detailed project cost outlay and authored Techno-commercial ToR for vendors. Working closely with State health departments to align RCH 2.0 with specific state requirements on outcomes and reporting.
