With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, I am a seasoned and passionate professional who specializes in SME business generation, credit appraisal, and post-sanction monitoring. As the Chief Manager and Branch Head of the SME Asansol Branch at State Bank of India (SBI), I lead a team of Relationship Managers and other staff members to achieve and exceed the branch\'s targets and objectives. I am committed to delivering high-quality service and solutions to our SME customers, and to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the branch and the organization.In my current role, I leverage my team management, business development, and supervisory skills to oversee and optimize the branch\'s operations, performance, and customer satisfaction.
