As the Head of Human Resources at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for a Retail Business Unit, I manage the HR strategy and operations across key areas such as Talent Acquisition, Resource Planning, Talent Management, Talent Transformation, Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Relations, and Engagement. With over 18 years of extensive experience in human resource leadership, I hold an MBA in HR & Marketing from Bangalore University (India) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Anthropology from Visva Bharati University (India). For nearly two decades, I have delivered comprehensive HR solutions with deep expertise in essential HR functions. Prior to my current role as HR Head for the Business Unit, I was the Country HR Head for TCS Philippines. In that position, I directed the HR strategy across several key areas, including resource planning, talent management, and total rewards for more than 5,500 employees. My leadership helped establish the Philippines location as a benchmark for diversity and inclusion initiatives, reflecting my dedication to promoting workplace inclusivity across all talent spectrums. Driven by a passion for challenging conventional boundaries and breaking the glass ceiling, I strive to foster transformative change for my team and business partners.As a former HR generalist, I have developed expertise across major HR areas, including talent acquisition, talent and resource management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and engagement.
