Medicaid Rebates are amounts owed based upon contractual agreements or legal requirements with public sector (Medicaid) benefit providers, after the final dispensing of the product by a pharmacy to a benefit plan participant.• Analyse and process Medicaid Rebates data for over 200 NDCs of Amneal’s registered labelers, securing 100% compliance with the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve Medicaid Rebate disputes and recovered over $10K in overpaid Medicaid rebates across multiple quarters.• Develop and present data-driven insights for Medicaid claims using dashboards, designed in Microsoft Power BI, extracting data from Flex ERP into Microsoft Excel to ensure transparency and reliability of data for senior stakeholders.• Develop Rebate Trending Reports using Excel, identify trends in URAs across multiple quarters and reduce any over-outlay of rebates.• Resolve errors and outstanding balances from SOAs (Statement of Accounts) to reduce any discrepancies and contribute to audit readiness while maintaining compliance with CMS standards.• Create and maintain documentation for Medicaid Rebates data across quarters for state submissions ad-hoc and audit preparedness.
