Currently undergoing a Master of Data Science (MDS) online course from Deakin University, Australia and also have a Master of Business Administration from IIT Kharagpur (Vinod Gupta School of Management-VGSOM) with a focus on Analytics and machine learning. I am certified in AWS, Azure, CSM and SAFE AgileI have a strong track record of Service Delivery and Tech Program Management by ensuring customer relationships, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, delivering cloud and data solutions through both streaming and batch processing for various clients and domains, using technologies such as IICS, Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Hive, Power BI, ML and Neural Networks. I have also led and mentored teams of data architects, modelers, engineers and analysts, and applied agile methodologies and best practices both while leading a team and as an IC.
