Maintaining zero variance between physical and book stock. Timely report update for both saleable and non-saleable division. Responsible for timely GR, GI in creation in system; stock movements for non-saleable category items after taking required management approvals. Coordinating with sales team for closing GI on time; getting the approval for material dispatch; order confirmation etc. Maintaining 5S in warehouse to maximise the output and minimise operation cost. Looking after scrapping of materials as per approval, maintaining all required criteria for E-waste policies of Government. Managing 3PL and transport vendor to fulfil operation guidelines as per company policy. Vendor invoice processing and helping commercial regarding invoice related queries. Looking after total DTC (Direct to customer) operation – Online sales of Samsung (CE items). Handling sq ft area with a team of 30 manpower and material handler.
