Heading the Overall L&D Function for the Region with a team of training professionals & owning incremental enhancement of employee efficiencies, responsible for capacity and capability building for employees and leaders. Responsibilities: Own the Training Strategy for the Organization in lines with the business strategy by partnering with all departments and channel partners in achieving Organizational goals & the vision of the Company. Work with various departmental Regional Managers, Lead/HODs in order to understand the key performance improvement indicators and in accordance create the learning framework for the Organisation. Influence implementation of core Organizational values and conducive learning environment that incrementally influences desired behaviors in achieving organizational goals. Design and deliver appropriate framework for leadership engagements, managerial development programs, and functional training programs in accordance with Head Office. Key metrics being frontline managerial capability & capacity enhancement, frontline Salesforce having functional proficiencies & business conversion capability and enhanced distributor engagement model. Own the digital learning across regions to ensure incremental adoption of online learning culture & promote continuous skill development through the same. Utilizing existing group level competencies to create and execute the L&D strategy. Creating bespoke Leadership and behavioral Learning journeys basis specific needs of departments. Usage of digital methodologies to drive learner specific learning and for retention of knowledge. Creation and execution of the Employee Engagement Strategy in accordance with Head Office. Deploying an assessment tool to identify potential Line managers from the frontline sales audience.
