Fractal Therapeutics provides integrated development support focused on using model-based techniques to accelerate programs from screening to clinical proof-of-concept. We bring a cross-disciplinary skillset focused on the core disciplines required to advance a molecule from discovery through IND (pharmacology, toxicology, DMPK) and to clinical proof-of-concept (clinical pharmacology). Our special sauce is integrating preclinical and clinical pharmacology tightly with pragmatic mathematical modeling. We provide fit-for-purpose analyses that can help shape the Target Product Profile, inform screening strategy or anchor regulatory interactions at the IND (or end-of-Phase I) stages. Depending on the size of the client organization, we also take on the pharmacology and translational roles as needed, designing or supervising studies. As required, we can also provide a substantial \'virtual team\' presence to support the creation of the IND and IB documents. We\'ve worked with multiple clients spanning academia, biotech and big pharma. Our engagements are focused on helping clients pull together the pharmacology and toxicology package that they need to move their programs through discovery and development as quickly and efficiently as possible.
