I am a systems thinker and leadership professional dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive in complex, evolving environments. With a strong background in digital collaboration, strategic communications, and organizational transformation, I combine technical expertise with a human-centered approach to leadership in my work. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Leadership at Royal Roads University, I am enhancing my expertise in systems design, team development, and change leadership, especially within the public sector.
