   I am a culture/DEI officer, supporting Chubb as communications manager and project leader on its journey to being more diverse, equitable and inclusive. My daily responsibilities include managing communications around Chubb\'s DE & I initiatives for our 30k+ global employees. My responsibilities include executive-level project development with a key focus on high-touch employee experience (EX) and engagement. I am also a community co-manager and event coordinator for the company\'s Quarter Century Club - an employee recognition program and biennial celebration that recognizes over long-tenured colleagues who have worked for Chubb for 25+ years.
