As a Senior People Business Partner and Programs Lead, I operate at the intersection of organizational strategy, large-scale program development, and data-driven change. My focus is on ensuring people initiatives don\'t just feel good, but actively drive business efficiency and scale.Over the years, I’ve transitioned from a foundation in Talent Acquisition to becoming a strategic advisor, specializing in the design and delivery of critical global programs. This includes setting up and continuously improving end-to-end Performance Review cycles, leading the overhaul of global Onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-productivity, and creating high-impact employee engagement programs and strategies that translate into organizational action.My core approach is fundamentally data-driven.
