The backend of Apparel and Fashion is close to 2 trillion dollars industry. For the last century, fashion has evolved from couture design and tailored production to mainstream retail, bulk design, and overseas production. But in most cases, it was highly segregated, inefficient, and non-sustainable. NITEX is reimagining the way fashion brands design and buy sustainable apparel products. We are building earth\'s largest and most influential Design and Innovation Labs. We are opening DesignLabs in every major fashion city in the world. We are giving similar experiences to the fashion brands; that you get when visiting stores like Zara or H&M. So that fashion brands can have a seamless appeal buying experience from our DesignLabs that are closest to their office and avail the fastest and globally connected sustainable supply chain. Our DesignLabs are now in London, Istanbul, and Dhaka. We are on our way to opening DesignLabs in New York, Barcelona, Berlin, Tokyo, and more by the end of 2024. Let\'s be part of this exciting, wildly ambitious ecosystem-changing journey. From 2012 to 2016, I ran Life carnival and Life Carnival foundation with my school friend Mahdi and later on, we started NITEX together. In Life Carnival, our mantra was the right career for everyone. We were helping the youth to find their inner potential and the right career path. With Life Carnival and Life Carnival Foundation, we empowered tens of thousands of students through our live workshops and seminars. More than half a million students watched our career-related videos online. From 2010 to 2012, I ran a youth development institute in Bangladesh. In two years, we empowered more than youth with our self-development courses. And It was the largest youth development center in our city. When I was 15, I started my entrepreneurial journey. Luckily I realized very early on that I love building things, making impacts, solving problems, and making things more accessible for people than they used to. Last 14 years, I started seven organizations, 5 of them for-profit and 2 of them nonprofit.
