I believe the people affected by decisions should have a voice in making them. Systems fail when they exclude people. I have seen this happen repeatedly. I study at University of Toronto. Biology, Philosophy, Ethics, Information. I position myself where decisions get made and ask who isn\'t represented. I use technical skills to remove barriers that exclude people. At iLevel Management I worked with sales teams and account managers who know their customers but wait days for clean data. I built pipelines that process 22,740+ customer records and $800K+ sales data. What used to take days now takes seconds. The people closest to customers can act when it matters. I built IoT cardiac monitoring devices with >90% accuracy and contributed to AI governance toolkits. I served on Hamilton Health Sciences\' research ethics board evaluating 100+ clinical protocols for data privacy and patient safety. I designed workflows for Stanford Medicine\'s nephrology patients facing 35% mortality rates after discharge. Nurses thought doctors caught the problems. Doctors thought nurses caught them. No one caught anything. People died because everyone thought someone else was watching. I led teams of 2-200 and finished projects faster. I increased revenue by $200K through customer analysis. Whether building diagnostic tools in Python, architecting scalable data pipelines, or implementing SOC 2 compliance, I know people deserve better than being forgotten by the systems that control their lives.
