As the Lead of the Proposal Engineering Team for the LT Panel Division, responsible for overseeing a dedicated team focused on the development and submission of technical proposals. key responsibilities include: 1) Leading and managing a team of proposal engineers, ensuring high performance and adherence to project goals. 2) Interacting with customers to understand and clarify their technical requirements, ensuring that all proposals meet their specific needs. 3) Working closely with the factory team to ensure projects are completed on time, adhering to the established deadlines. 4) Coordinating with the design team, providing necessary inputs based on customer requirements to ensure accurate and effective design solutions. 5) Ensuring that all proposals are delivered to clients within the stipulated timeframe, maintaining accountability for the quality and punctuality of each submission. Not limited to above responsibilities.As a cost & estimation engineer responsibilities:Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Single Line Diagrams (SLD)Drafting Requests for Quotations (RFQ) for client-specified items as per project requirementsPreparation of offers/proposals for material supply, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for entire projectsCost estimation of electrical equipment for various projectsCoordination with clients to meet project demands and requirementsTendering and design of LV switchboards, including:Preparation of BOM for LV switchboards such as PCC, MCC, and APFC panelsDevelopment of proposals for LV switchboardsKnowledge and application of components like Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs), Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs), Contactors, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) used in LV switchboardsCalculation of busbar sizes and fabrication dimensions for LV switchboardsPreparation of techno-commercial offers for LV panels
