Execute recruiting strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition Team, HR Operations and Hiring Managers•Identify skills and competencies required for positions and be able to build pre-assessments to assist with pre-screening of resumes•Drive sourcing, screening and candidate selections in a timely manner using the Devon Applicant Tracking System•Educate, inform and consult with hiring managers so that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to make good hiring decisions•Represent Devon as an employer of choice with external candidates•Conduct initial Phone Screening and In Person interviews with potential candidates as required by the Business•Manage internal and external communication of positions within HR, the business and with candidates•Serve in a coaching role in delivering assessment feedback•Deliver on Talent Management strategy to ensure organizational effectiveness and impact
