Thereby ensuring they fully contribute to delivering the very best service to BT Customers- Leading 3rd party partnership development, evaluating strategic partners based on organisational needs- Negotiating favourable terms in 3rd party commercial discussions, collaborating with legal and procurement teams- Establishing and onboarding 3rd party relationships, ensuring smooth working practices with partners- Monitoring compliance, ensuring partners operationally comply will all relevant regulations, policies and standards- Evaluating performance and service review using data captured during in-life operations and creating the framework for regular service- Defining operational service and engagement, working with operational teams and partner teams to agree the support model
