Teachers see exactly how grades are awarded and stay in control the whole way through.I lead our go-to-market strategy and spend most of my time speaking with educators across the UK and Middle East. Before this, my background was in marketing — but honestly, once you see how much time teachers lose to marking evenings and weekends, it\'s hard to work on anything else.We built GradeIt AI because we believe technology should support great teaching, not replace it. The best feedback still comes from teachers who know their students.
