   Currently working with a financial service provider that operates in more than 30 countries with well over 50 million customers around the world. We are working in a system that will allow the team to gather, analyze, and consume insights to optimize vendors, expenses, and accounts payable, leveraging AI agents and PowerBI.• Worked with a Mortgage Real Estate Investment Trust improving their internal systems. Planning and implementing UX discovery tasks including user interviews, design thinking workshops, shadowing, task analysis, etc. Development of a Design System for digital services. Collaborating closely with the business and dev team to design a solution that would help automate 90% of their processes, making the business and employees more efficient, reliable, and real-time. • Led a multinational UX effort to redesign banking products like: stock plan services, FINRA compliance (financial regulations), and internal Treasury monitoring, for internal and external users at large financial institution, impacting thousands of users and over $6.6T in assets.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and streamline financial processes.• Implemented innovative design solutions to improve user engagement and increase efficiency while preserving and enhancing the design system in place.
