About Ariel Steinberg

I am a well-rounded, educated, and experienced professional with past and current work experience in Service Design, Design Thinking, Human-centered Design, Innovation, User Researcher, travel, and hospitality. I enjoy supporting forward thinking companies, with a strong preference for mission-driven small businesses and start-ups. I even work with individuals, helping them solve life’s challenges through design thinking techniques. Thanks to an inquisitive nature, and lateral thinking process, I am told I can easily understand complex matters even when outside of my direct area of expertise enabling me to jump quickly and seamlessly into projects. I am extremely collaborative (while also being able to work autonomously), described as a joy to work with, and a great thought partner. I have a certificate in Behavioral Design in Health from Irrational Labs and one in Collaborative Leadership from IDEO U. I hold an MBA and a Masters of Science in Human Factors, with an undergraduate degree in Social Psychology with a concentration in business.
