I’m the product manager for Dell\'s thin client operating system, Windows IoT Enterprise. This system is designed to meet the VDI needs of enterprise customers. It allows end users to leverage the latest OS and partner solutions, such as VDI workspaces and unified communication optimization, while providing robust manageability for IT administrators. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally (e.g, developers, UI/UX, services, marketing, and QA) and business partners externally (e.g, Microsoft, Intel) to build Dell\'s thin client operating system. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through define, plan, develop to launch and sustain using Agile methodology. • Conduct technical competitive analysis to identify customer pain points, and translate customer insights into user stories and features. • Own the product roadmap and achieve high on-time delivery for features by balancing direct business impact and long-term product improvements. • Present product strategy at webinars and tech summits, and engage with customer executives to gather feedbacks for continuous product improvements.
