About Ariel Oseasohn
Since 2010 I have been advising governmental entities, financial institutions, tax equity investors and sponsors in the areas of and project finance, focusing on renewable energy projects. The first five years of my career were with Yigal Arnon & Co.(Jerusalem, Israel), and after relocating to the US and getting licensed in NY, I joined Kilpatrick Townsend and Stockton. During my tenure at Kilpatrick Townsend, I completed an LLM at Georgetown University. In June 2018 I lateraled to White and Case (NYC), and three years later I joined Milbank (NYC) where I currently practice.I am passionate about and experienced in working on projects that help reduce the energy sector\'s carbon footprint, such as solar (rooftop, utility scale, community), wind (on and off-shore), battery storage, microgrids and carbon capture.
